Laura Bramnick / Managing Partner
As an attorney, she can be your advocate, insure the legality of the process, review complicated documents, protect confidential information, and be a responsible fiduciary. As a mortgage consultant, she can provide financing options, gather the necessary documentation, submit the application to the lender, communicate with the title company, and follow through until the transaction has closed. As a Realtor and real estate investor, she can share her knowledge of the Arizona real estate market and answer questions that arise about setting up an LLC, renting the property, drafting the lease, managing the property, etc. Representing physicians that are relocating to Arizona is a natural fit for Laura. Her husband, Alan Molk, is an emergency room physician that relocated here 20 years ago. Laura understands what relocating physicians and their families need. She, therefore, can make the process smooth and simple for them. Laura grew up in New Jersey, graduated law school in 1977 and set up solo practice two years later. She specialized in family law, particularly child custody issues. She is aware of the impact moving from one house to two has on the children whose parents are getting divorced. Combining her experience as a divorce lawyer with real estate offers a special perspective and her clients benefit as a result. Laura remained in private law practice until 1988. A short time later, she gave birth to triplets. Worried about college expenses times three, she carefully researched her options and decided real estate would yield the best return on her investment dollars. She entered the mortgage business in 2001 and holds her current position with State Mortgage in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition, Laura holds a real estate license and is affiliated with Realty Center of Arizona. |
